The TOM Foundation works in partnership with public sector organisations to raise awareness to the dangers and consequences of reckless driving in young people.

Take One Moment Foundation (T.O.M.) was established in the memory of Tom Atkinson who was tragically killed as a passenger in a road traffic accident in Germany in August 2005.
